What Is Changing in Our CPD Course Endorsement Program

We have updated our documents to enhance the CPD course endorsement program, making it clearer and easier for you to navigate as a provider.

Here’s what’s new

We are introducing the PACFA Endorsed CPD Course Digital Badge

Every endorsed CPD course will now receive a Digital Badge you can use across your website, social media and promotional materials, to help you showcase your PACFA endorsement and boost your course’s visibility and credibility.

How to apply

We have added new endorsement package options

Bundled packages with optional Featured CPD Listings are now available to increase your courses visibility on the PACFA website.

The fee schedule has been revised

We have revised the fee schedule to give you greater flexibility and value through bundled endorsement options.

There has been updates to our Guidance Notes and CPD Endorsement Process Flowchart

We have made these updates to help you navigate the application process and to help you clearly understand your requirements and options.

Supporting providers through this transition

We know change takes time to plan for, so to support providers during this transition, we are extending the current endorsement fees until 14 August 2026. This grace period provides an opportunity to review the updated documents and submit applications under the existing fee schedule.

• Applications submitted before 14 August 2026 will be charged at the current fee rates.
• Applications submitted on or after 17 August 2026 will be charged under the revised fee schedule.

Please note: we’ll only issue the new PACFA Endorsed CPD Course Digital Badge for applications submitted under the revised program from 17 August 2026 onwards.

If you submit your application before before 14 August 2026 under the current endorsement fee schedule, you’ll receive our existing PACFA Endorsed CPD Course static logo rather than the new Digital Badge.

Key dates

Expressions of Interest close at 5:00pm AEST on 31 July 2026.

Eligible providers are encouraged to review the requirements and submit their EOI before the closing date.
