This list is informed by PACFA's rigorous complaints procedures and information provided
by State and Territory Healthcare Complaints Commissioners and regulatory authorities.
PACFA's stringent requirements for substantial training, placement, and supervision mean
that very few members have ever been de-registered. PACFA highly values its role in community
safety and aims to prevent these situations from occurring.
