Qualifications and/or relevant registration with PACFA or AHPRA as a Rehabilitation Case Manager, Psychologist, RN (Mental Health), Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (AASW).
Experience required:

Extensive mental health clinical experience

Experience in coordinating and assisting in the management of a caseload of complex and potentially at-risk clients in community mental health teams
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including capacity to liaise with and develop productive relationships with other organisations
-
Experience managing clients in crisis including self-harm and suicidal ideation
