My practice
My way of working is within a client-centred approach, to help deepen understandings of the challenges that bring you to therapy along with your hopes and goals. My work draws upon many frameworks, that include a developmental and trauma-informed lens, attachment theory, feminism, emotion focused approaches and family therapy. I bring an understanding of ourselves as multi-faceted humans that informs a soul centred approach. This enables the possibility of deeper self-appreciation versus ideas of needing to be fixed. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
