The College of Creative and Experiential Therapies (CCET) is hosting an online ‘End of Year’ event on Tuesday 12 December from 7:30pm – 9:00pm. The celebratory event will include an interactive information session to help potential CCET members get started on their applications.
Dr Carla van Laar and CCET’s Leadership Group thank all the PACFA members for their patience as they have been working closely with the PACFA office to develop the systems and processes that they need to receive, de-identify, and consider applications for membership of our vibrant new college.
Following October’s CCET Leadership Group meeting, Dr Carla van Laar is pleased to announce that PACFA CCET will be opening for membership this year!
To celebrate, Dr van Laar and the CCET Leadership Group will be hosting an online event that will include opportunities to get to know your colleagues, and an interactive info session to help you get started on your membership applications.
CCET’s calendar of professional development activities will begin in 2024 and we encourage all those interested to get your CCET membership applications in over Summer!
You are welcome to review the CCET Membership Statement and Criteria HERE in preparation for our info session.
The info session will demystify the CCET application process in the following ways:
- A walk through the CCET capabilities matrix and examples of how to show the evidence that you have these capabilities
- Make friends with the CCET qualifications and training weighting table so you feel confident how to show your “100 points” in your membership application
- Fictional examples of complete CCET membership applications from three very different applicants
- These examples will demonstrate the diverse, flexible yet robust pathways that CCET members can accumulate the capabilities, qualifications, training and experience for CCET membership.
