As part of a broader effort to increase efficiency and improve the member experience, PACFA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) to streamline the processes its members must undertake for membership in PACFA.
Under the new agreement, those who apply for Provisional or Clinical membership to CCAA will be able to also apply for PACFA membership at the same time, in the same application. The same standards which align with PACFA’s Training Standards will apply for all applications.
The new process will make it easier for the membership of CCAA to apply for PACFA membership – previously, aspiring members had to complete two separate applications. PACFA is also in conversation with other Member Associations about how we can best support their relationships with PACFA.
