PACFA has seen continued growth and is seeking qualified candidates for two roles: Head of Accreditation and Practice & Policy Manager.
Head of Accreditation – Part Time
The Head of Accreditation will be responsible for leading the work of volunteers and staff to deliver PACFA’s course accreditation services and the implementation of a continuous improvement culture.
The successful candidate will have a qualification in counselling / psychotherapy, or a relevant area.
They will bring proven experience in counselling / psychotherapy practice, policy, or higher education course administration, or have experience in a similar role implementing strategy across accreditation.

Practice & Policy Manager – Full Time
The Practice & Policy Manager will be responsible for managing the Practice team who accredit courses, plan and coordinate professional development (PD), manage PACFA’s complaints process and lead policy and practice activities for the organisation.
The successful candidate for this position will have a qualification in counselling or psychotherapy or a relevant area, and proven experience in counselling or psychotherapy practice, policy or training, or in a similar role.
