PACFA is pleased to invite WA members to contribute to the advancement of the profession by volunteering for the PACFA West Leadership Group.
The PACFA West Leadership Group will be changing in 2024 and is inviting a range of new members to join the team.
Regional members from Kununura to Esperance are particularly encouraged to express their interest.
“We gain more than we give by way of service to the membership and forming lasting new friendships,’ said WA Leadership Group Co-Convenor Philippa Colgan.
If you are interested in volunteering for a position on the PACFA West Leadership Group, please contact Co-Convenors Philippa Colgan and Maxine Santich at [email protected] for more information.
Volunteers are vital to the strength of PACFA and are an important part of the organisation’s success. Whether it be serving on a board, committee, interest group, college, branch, or any other PACFA endeavour, the time and effort of volunteers is deeply valued. Volunteering is a powerful way to make a real difference, and PACFA benefits so much from the diversity of voices in our volunteer body.
As a new initiative, PACFA is pleased to advise that all eligible PACFA leadership volunteers will be able to receive complimentary access to PACFA community online CPD events as of 1 July 2023. This is being implemented in order to support the maintenance and advancement of leadership volunteers’ professional skills and knowledge, and to recognise their ongoing dedication to PACFA.
