Skills, insights, and tools to deepen your ‘inner critic’ work.
Learn how to identify different patterns of inner criticism and what the goals of therapy are with each, including the intersection of inner criticism, internalised oppression, and trauma.
Practice a range of interventions for client work and explore the entanglement between the inner critic processes of client and therapist.
Three modules, each including a pre-recorded theoretical lecture, followed by a two-hour, live online group practice session.
