Replenish Retreats for Therapists

As therapists, you are constantly holding space for others, which over time can impact your overall well-being.
At CITT we are committed to the holistic wellbeing and professional development of Mental Health Practitioners which is why we offer our 'Replenish Retreat'.
This retreat offers you the opportunity to have a weekend away, expand your professional development whilst caring for your own needs.
With a group of like-minded Practitioners, in beautiful and tranquil surroundings, we will support you to check-in with yourself, recharge, expand your awareness to make changes to enrich your life, so you leave with a clearer vision of who you are and your life purpose.
The retreat offers: Yoga | Meditation | Professional Development | Group Supervision | Rest & Relaxation
Throughout the retreat there will be a series of highly inactive workshops, that attract 17 PACFA 'A' CPD points.
The workshop topics are:
• Exploring the Shadow Self - Ways to work with Resistance, Projection and Transference
• Ways to work with Family Dynamics - Family Constellation in groups and with objects
• Why and how to incorporate Somatic Mindfulness into your work with Clients
• Incorporating nature based practices to support regulation in both your client and yourself
• Enhancing your professional performance - Building awareness around; Focus | Engagement | State & Physiology
• The Four Pillars of Health - theory and practice
Please note all sessions must be attended to receive 17 CPD points
