PACFA Notice of AGM and Special Resolutions

Eligible members, with voting rights in the PACFA Member Congress, have been advised that this year’s PACFA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place via Zoom at 2pm on Saturday 3 October. 

Eligible members are defined in the Constitution as: 

  1. An Individual Member of PACFA who meets the PACFA Training Standards or equivalent  
  2. A Member of a PACFA Member Association who meets the PACFA Training Standards or equivalent  
  3. A PACFA Board Member; or 
  4. A Chair of a PACFA Standing Committee. 

In addition to the usual AGM business, the AGM will be considering proposed constitutional changes including provisions aimed at creating a new Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Representative position on the Board. 

Nominations are currently open for the PACFA Board Elections which will be taking place via electronic voting.  We look forward to announcing the results of the 2020 elections at the AGM. 

To participate in the AGM, Eligible Members should complete and return the RSVP Form to admin@pacfa.org.au by Friday 25 September 2020.
