New PACFA Member Portal user guides now available

PACFA would like to thank all our members for bearing with us in the transition period to our new Member Portal. We hope that those of you that have had a chance to log in and explore the new portal have noticed some of the great changes that the new member interface will make to your PACFA experience.

To support all our current and future members to use the portal, PACFA has created a range of easy to use comprehensive guides for using our Member Portal for most basic membership-based activities.

Finally, a quick reminder for any PACFA members who have not logged on since we moved over to the new Member Portal in December 2019. You need to reset your password in order to log in by following the “forgot password” process. If you are a practitioner member, please also update your therapist profile.
