PACFA is pleased to announce the next Victorian Branch Network and Social Evening. These events will consistently run on the last Thursday per month

It will be a great opportunity to
-Chat with professional colleagues over a coffee
-Share your ideas for creating a strong PACFA Victorian Branch
-Strengthen our sense of connection as a professional community
– Engage in potential case presentation or a presentation on a specific therapeutic modality in relation to the theme.

One of the biggest worries that stops or stalls therapists going into private practice is not knowing how to get clients (and squirming at the idea of having to sell ourselves).
In January’s PACFA networking event we’ll be exploring this topic to support members who either want to move into part- or full-time private practice, or those already in private practice looking to refine their marketing efforts.
The session will be presented by Liz Scarfe – a trauma psychotherapist in private practice – who’s spent more hours than she’d like to count researching and experimenting with different marketing strategies on the journey to build a viable private practice (with no Medicare rebates, insurance cases, or GP referrals).
Liz will share the distillation of this journey in a short presentation covering the most efficient and enjoyable strategies for building a private practice, and facilitate a shared conversation about what’s worked and what hasn’t for other practitioners.

Please email vicbranch@pacfa.org.au to RSVP to the January event
