Internal Fortitude in an Increasingly Unfamiliar World

The challenge of creating internal space and groundedness

ONLINE via zoom: CPD delivered via zoom over 2 half-days

Presenters: Dr Alison Strasser & Sal Flynn

With no sign that the winds of change will cease to keep shaping and re-shaping our external reality, our challenge is to be able to meet the external chaos with internal groundedness – and facilitate our clients to do the same.

This workshop will start from a place of acceptance of the external scenario as we set out to explore the possibilities for building – and facilitating – internal fortitude. Alison Strasser and Sal Flynn will have a conversation with each other – and with you – about what works to help us navigate through uncertainty and anxiety on an epic scale.

Join Alison and Sal for a gentle, expansive two half-days.
