1 day workshop is offered across 2 half-days. Live from the UK via zoom

This workshop will broaden the use of Gestalt techniques in dream material to working with images, metaphors and narratives in general. For practitioners who would like to gain an understanding of working with dreams and metaphors in a non-interpretive way

(ii) A Process-led Model for Transformative Supervision: what you can learn from client dreams and metaphors

1 day workshop is offered across 2 half-days. Live from the UK via zoom

Date: Thur 13 & Fri 14 August 2020 2.30-5.30pm AEST

Alan will describe his theories on supervision and facilitate experiential exercises and demonstrations that focus on the exploration of client dreams and metaphors. Through these, Alan will show you how the counsellor’s/therapist’s own frame of reference around a client dream and/or metaphor, interacts with their client’s worldview. For supervisors who would like to add the exploration of client dreams and metaphors as a means of better understanding their supervisees’ frames of reference.
