Building a Successful Private Practice – Call for Expressions of Interest

Large numbers of counsellors and psychotherapists choose to work in private practice but many struggle to make a living in this way as they do not have the business and marketing skills that are required to build a successful business.

PACFA has therefore identified a need to develop a course on how to build a successful private practice in counselling or psychotherapy. The course will support members with information, resources and skills to give them the best possible chance of success in their businesses.

Expressions of Interest are being sought from qualified counsellors or psychotherapists with experience delivering training to develop and deliver a new online course for PACFA on the topic Building a Successful Private Practice.

Trainers expressing interest are expected to have expertise in business and marketing and to have successfully built a private practice in counselling or psychotherapy themselves.

Expressions of Interest must be a maximum of 4 pages setting out the broad outline for course content and must provide the information required in the Call for Expressions of Interest.

The due date for Expressions of Interest is 2 March 2020. Expressions of Interest must be submitted via email to events@pacfa.org.au.
