#WalkingBetweenWorlds is a specifically designed seminar for anyone who works with LGBTQ individuals, including LGBTQ community workers and liaison officers, social and youth workers, mental health professionals, school and telephone counsellors, chaplains, church workers, healthcare and youth workers, etc. And LGBTQ people from faith backgrounds.
Understanding the LGBTQ faith person’s background, worldview, belief systems and the unique personal and mental health issues they face enables community workers and service providers to work more effectively with their clients.
This practical training seminar provides an in-depth look into the world of LGBTQ people of faith. You'll walk away with a deeper understanding their contexts, worldview, unique issues and tools to assist them on their journey.
