Expressive Journaling with Imagery: the use of Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT) for personal and professional self-care

In this webinar Frauke will show you how to apply the page-based writing and drawing approach of IDT as a powerful self-care and reflection tool for counsellors. This journaling approach can be used to express, observe and review your thoughts, feelings and experiences about personal and professional matters. Frauke will demonstrate how the page becomes a mirror for the journalist, helping you to see yourself and your clients more objectively from new perspectives, as well as facilitating new insights, enhance your inner resourcefulness to create positive change.

This webinar counts as 2 hours of Category A CPD (Continuing Professional Development) if you participate online, or 2 hours of Category B CPD if you are watching the recording.

You must attend 75% of a webinar in order to receive a CPD certificate.

Presenter: Frauke Hobbs

Frauke Hobbs is a clinically registered psychotherapist, counsellor, IDT Teacher and senior practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the human transformation field. Frauke uses IDT as an integrative, client-centred approach in her private practice. She also teaches clients and counsellors in the use of IDT as an expressive journaling tool and is researching the use of IDT for trauma recovery.
