Sexual pain is more prevalent than we think. Many practitioners stumble across it in the course of their consultations with clients. This training will teach you about different sexual pain conditions; how to support people experiencing them and how to break the pain/fear cycle.
Using a mix of on-line teaching, group interactions and practical, useful handouts participants will learn the following:

Arousal systems
Consent and safety
Working with clients to set up safety
Working with Vulvas
Working with Penises
Communicating with lovers and partners
Interventions for working with pain and intimacy

Tanya has run a busy practice in Sydney for almost 20 years and works across many different presenting concerns and client bases. She is a sought after media commentator.
Tanya is known for her ability to give language to tricky topics; her inclusive, kind approach; and her understanding of how sex and sexuality affects many areas of people's lives. She is a passionate pleasure activist and works with people to improve their communication, relationships, and sex lives.
