Crisis as opportunity - how can we meet change?

Gestalt Therapy Brisbane

Facilitator: Margarete Koenning

Every change presents with challenges. Yet, as humans we tend to hold on to the familiar, the known.

Change engages us in a process of grief, a process of empowerment, and presents an invitation to trust, to move into the unknown…. How can we look at life from a different angel? This is the ground from which Gestalt Therapy emerged, born out of the ground of crises. Laura Perl`s passion was to support us to find the strength and resilience within us, so that we can move and expand into the new and unknown….

This experiential workshop explores how we can move with the opportunity contained in our challenges and expand our potential to discover our creativity and capacity for adaptation. This workshop will provide a safe setting to explore what emerges.
