What the voices in our heads are really saying!

Most of us live on the seesaw of life bouncing back and forth between the many parts of ourselves that Hal and Sidra Stone label sub-personalities. Mastering Voice Dialogue enables us to stand in the middle of the seesaw and balance our lives, minimising disturbances and optimising opportunities i.e. develop an Aware ego engaging all of ‘our selves’. The approach can empower both you and your clients to increase energy and focus, fully experiencing life.
As a practitioner this introduction of voice dialogue will help to increase your professional depth and integrate new learnings into your existing practice.
