PACFA Member Associations and therapists listed on the National Register have agreed to uphold a code of conduct and ethical guidelines.

Should you have reason to make a complaint against a Member Association please download the PACFA Complaints, Conciliations and Appeals procedure. This document provides information about the role of the PACFA Ethics Committee, about causes for complaints and who can make a complaint as well as the steps that need to be taken.

Should you have reason to make a complaint against a therapist listed on the National Register please download the PACFA Register Complaints procedure. If you wish to make a complaint against a therapist who is not listed on the National Register, please contact the Health Complaints Commission in your state. Details are provided below.
